This workshop is for women who are in an unhappy relationship, have a hard time staying in one, are looking for a fruitful relationship, or even are already in a healthy one, because there is always opportunity for personal growth.
 
 You will learn to identify your relationship patter style, emotions, and behaviors and how these could determine the way you perceive and build love. You will also learn strategies to achieve happiness and coping techniques that will help you to walk away from unhealthy relationships. You are beautiful, you deserve to be happy and you are unique!

Running a business is already a stressful job that can create internal chaos, making you feel lost and stuck. You might experience anger, anxiety, frustration, sadness and others feelings. We have been taught not express our emotions, and as women we are not allowed to get angry because “good girls” are gentle. These internal ideas do not allow us to express our feelings effectively, affecting our professional and personal lives at different levels.   In addition, being an entrepreneur does not only include dealing with daily professional issues, but also with other stressors such as family, romantic relationships, losses, personal crisis and internal demons. No wonder why many entrepreneurs feel drained.  How do you cope with all this?

Session 1:  Dealing With Emotions
During this session you will be able to understand and identify, in a non-judgemental space, the emotions you are currently experiencing in your life. 


Session 2:  Looking at the Window: Knowing Yourself.
The main goal of this session is to help you to understand your own emotional process and you cope with your feelings.  

Session 3: Anger and Fear
Some of the most common emotions entrepreneurs experience is anger and fear.  Thus, at this session, you will learn tools to understand why these two emotions are important.

Session 4: Emotion Regulation Skills
You would learn to transform your feelings into something meaningful.

Session 5: Self- Compassion and Self Care.

The goal is to  help you to practice self-care and self-compassion as an entrepreneur (because burnout is real).  As Alisha Ramos said, “When you start your own business, the line between work and life can become very blurry—even nonexistent.

This group aims to help women to share thoughts and emotions related to their romantic relationships. By working as a group participants will learn to explore maladaptive patterns. In addition, participants will be able to design achievable personal and group goals as a way to enhance problem-solving skills that will help them to create doable solutions for their ongoing challenging situations. This group will also offer the opportunity for insight and feedback from the facilitator(s) and members, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can feel safe and understood.
