About Me

I am fluent English and Spanish Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifing). I have a bachelor in Communications and I hold a Master in Arts Counselling Psychology. These two careers have allowed to work with one of my biggest passions, human relations.

During my life I have experienced different changes. One of the most insightful experiences was moving to Canada. This personal journey, among others, have allowed me to understand and accept life transitions as part of our existence and happiness.  As one of my favorite quotes says, “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end”.

I am not a good cook, but I love food. A nice cup of capuccino and bubble tea make my day. Books are my passion and I could read Jane Eyre, Ana Karerina  and Gone With the Wind over and over. I am a big fan of horror classic movies and TV shows, and  I wish Hitchcock and Rod Serling were still alive.

If you allow me, I would be honored and happy to walk with you on your journey.  Sometimes difficult paths lead to beautiful destinations.
